3. WARRANTY AND RETURNS SUMMARY
This is a summary only. The Refund and Warranty Policy has the full terms.
- Gaming PCs: 1-year manufacturer warranty starting on the delivery date, subject to each component manufacturer's terms. During the first year, Hall of Tech diagnoses the problem, handles the manufacturer claim, and installs the replacement part at no labor charge.
- Prebuilt systems: return requests accepted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, with written approval before shipping.
- Custom builds ordered through our Custom Build Consultation Service are final sale, but still have the 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- Dead-on-arrival or defective systems: report within 7 days of delivery.
- Mail-in repairs: completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty. A $25 diagnostic fee applies to every device.
Nothing in this notice or our policies limits any rights you have under California or federal consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, AND FINANCING
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, benchmark figures, and prices accurate. Components may change due to availability, in which case we will substitute parts of equal or better performance or contact you first. Performance and FPS figures are estimates and depend on game settings, drivers, and other conditions. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may cancel an order affected by a pricing or listing error and refund you in full.
Financing is offered through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm. Financing is subject to eligibility and credit approval by the lender, and 0% APR or interest-free terms are not available to every customer. The lender's own terms apply.
5. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER NOTICE
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following information.
