Mail-In Repair Check-In

Start your mail-in repair and pay in one step. Every check-in includes our flat $25 diagnostic fee — we inspect your device, find the fault, and send you a written repair quote. Work begins only after you approve it.

• Diagnostic only: you ship the device to us with your own label.
• Diagnostic + prepaid shipping label: we email you a prepaid inbound label — just box it up, stick it on, and drop it off.

Shipping is covered by you in both directions; return shipping is added to your final invoice. Completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty (excludes physical and water damage).
